Manfred Schönebeck

Manfred Schönebeck has extensive experience in the establishment of an academy with international study programs. Furthermore, he has worked successfully as strategic consultant for DAX-companies regarding interaction and communication design, HR as well as medial and organizational psychology. Through his background as a psychotherapist he has a profound understanding of transmitting learning processes – and through his consulting work, a coherent understanding of demand-driven knowledge transfer.

Olaf Björn Tietz has more than 25 years’ experience as a successful entrepreneur, with start-ups in the US, Hong Kong, Germany and China. His areas of expertise include: human resources, interaction and communication design as well as research, development and consulting in the automotive and fashion industry as well as brand research.

Ute Gallmeister

Dr. Hartwig Henke

Initially trained as a professional naval officer, Dr Henke studied geography, history, political science and education at the University of Hannover. He has a doctorate in political science and sociology.

Broad experience including teaching at high school and university level, where he was lecturer in sociology at the University of Hanover, Germany. In addition: education policy · state and national level development projects · 1983-2011 Head of the Hermann Lietz-School · 1993 Headmaster of the “High Seas High School – The sailing classroom” · 2006 Foundation of the National Park House “Wittbülten”.

Peter Wolters
